AnewImage is not only a fitness studio but a place where strong women are build. Life will always throw challenges at us. Illness, Joy and Sorrow , Prosperity and loss are all a part of life and it is unavoidable that we will face these things. We must have the mental and physical strength to meet them without faltering . Cancer has taught me many things , the most important is that our health and bodies are irreplaceable and sometimes irreparable.I have won by battle for now and lived through the loss of those close to me who lost theirs, at times we fought side by side. I won and they lost and I have lived through the pain , grief and guilt of this. I chose to let it make me stronger instead of tearing me down. We must appreciate each day as it comes good or bad and be up to meeting life on it's terms. We cannot always control what happens to us but we can control how we react to it. I plan to meet life head on! How do you plan to meet it? We must keep our bodies in the best health we can in order to be there for those most precious to us. I choose the name ANewImage because I feel blessed by each and every day , good or bad the Lord gives me and I plan to build ANewImage in honor of this blessing.
