Bios:
Dr.Zahid Hussain joined Angel Animal Hospital in 2012. He worked as Associate veterinarian at Clearwater Animal Hospital Windsor Ontario Canada from 2009 to 2011. He earned his DVM degree in 2004 from the University of Agriculture Pakistan. In 2005 he started his practice in Pakistan where he practiced large animal medicine for 2 years. He moved to Canada to pursue his career in canine and feline medicine. He got his certification in Veterinary Skills Training and enhancement program (VSTEP) from Ontario veterinary College University of Guelph in 2009.He is member of the college of veterinarians of Ontario and American veterinary Medical Association.
Dr.Hussain, special interest includes dermatology, and internal medicine. He and his wife relax by reading, listening to music, cooking and playing cricket. They have two beautiful children and Fify, a singapura cat.
Dr.Hussain thinks the best thing about being a Vet is the opportunity to establish long term relationships with clients and their pets and to ensure the best possible medical prevention and care.
Our Veterinary Assistant, Stacey has 12 years experience in the veterinary business. There is no animal that she wouldn't love to own or work with. She currently has a senior Basset Hound at home named Buddy and a Sulcata Tortoise who is still just a baby at 5 years old named Hucklebee. Stacey is a Den mother to her sons cub scout pack and enjoys the outdoors all times of the year, she also enjoys Nascar and all other motorsports. It's guaranteed she will greet you with a warm smile when you visit our clinic.
