Skilled Nursing Services (Home Health Services)
Skilled home health services can help avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, shorten hospital stays, and enable an individual to stay at home during acute illnesses
PAS Services (Personal Assistance Services)
This Program is directed by the Department of Human Services. The program is designed to offer support to people who have functional limitations and minimal family and social involvement. Personal Care services include helping the client with personal needs, such as dressing and household activities.
PCS Services (Personal Care Services)
For clients younger than 21 years of age who need assistance with activities of daily living or health related functions because of a physical, cognitive or behavioral limitation related to their disability, physical or mental illness or chronic condition.
