Angel Cruz Park

One of my favorite place to come to when I'm in town. They have variety of food and drinks. Anywhere from fresh made papaya salad to beef on the sticks. Many drinks such as fresh squeeze sugar cane drinks to icey drinks. From vegetables to crayfish and salted clams. No only draw back is that it does not have any public restroom. Best time is in Spring to Summer and the beginning months of Fall. Taste a little bite of the southeast culture and food right here in Stockton California.

We love the vibe & Lao food, that’s why we come here very often. Our favorites are the Lao sausages, Lao papaya salad and bbq on the stick. Tastes really good.

This is a great park! I absolutely adore this energy. The park is a great place to BBQ and I believe that you can actually buy a plate from the regulars. I appreciate the hustle 100%. There is a baseball diamond in one area, a lot of grass for kids to play in- run that energy out. This is located right in front of a school, I believe an elementary level school in the Stockton Unified School District. I'm sure that is why I got a calm, family type vibe when I was there. I'm not even sure I would recognize trouble because it isn't what I look for or live for. In conclusion, it was actually a nice place to spend time at, and I plan on returning sometime soon.

It's great that as soon as you get near, you can smell food on the grill. There are people selling food and families hanging out and relaxing but it could be a little scary at times when you see people arguing or shouting at each other. All the attention is turned to them. It's a descent park; clean, cool from the shades of the trees, a playground for the kiddos but be warned, I don't think there's a bathroom there so pee before you go.

me and family always come here for the fresh air and the khmer food/cambodian food! its such a good vibe there is kids having fun while the elders sing and dance to khmer music.

Its my favorite place to buy fresh vegetables, SE Asian delicacies like papaya salad, Lao sausage, Cambodian sausage, beef sticks, Laab, Kahpoon, balut, clams and many more! Love the interaction with sellers, buyers and the community!

They had a Asian Farmer's market today as families enjoy the sun. Plenty of people are eager to shop and have some fun. Asian cookouts, papaya, and beef sticks look like it's about time we all eat some grub. Kickin it on a Saturday afternoon like some homies in the park. Breeze with the trees and a few modelos in our palm. Let the kids run around so they can nap when they get home. Please keep the peace so others can enjoy this public zone. Helping out the community you represent is all they want. Thanks for being a good citizen. Hopefully, I'll see you all at the park with your peace signs, props, and even dabbs without the marks.

I come to Stockton every so often just for the Cambodian food. Already been back twice in the last month. : love the food, the people and the vibe. Just chill environment to come eat, hang with friends and family on Saturday afternoon!

Great food, I had no idea there was food for sale. I always passed by thinking there were birthday parties goin on. I highly recommend trying different stuff and seeing what you like. Doing y knock it till it tried it
