I came here from a recommendation made by a girl I met at the mall one day. I made an appointment. The nail tech bounced between me and two other people and kept making me wait for him to come back. Took almost 2 hours for UV set. The day after, both of my thumbs had big bubbles in them and the color came right off just by me pushing on it. Within the first 4 days, Almost all of the nails started to lift around the edges and one came off completely. Even if we ignore the poor customer service, the job itself was just terrible. Pedicure, one toe chipped within the first week. Never happened to me before. I went to new seven in norwalk to get them fixed and Karen did an amazing job there! BEWARE - beware, BAD experience. My daughters skin was burnt from an eyebrow wax. Called and spoke to the manager and they didn’t seem concerned or really care. A week from the eyebrowing waxing and it’s finally starting to heal. I will be sharing the photo so others don’t have to experience this. We are hoping it doesn’t scar.Service: Waxing

I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to everyone my Nails are beautiful and the staff are friendly and ready to make sure your experience is the best you ever have every time your their jerry did my French gel and exactly how I wanted it done I have absolutely no complaints. It’s clean newly renovated and new owner you won’t be disappointed.
They were friendly and did a good job on my eyebrows. It was my first time there. I did not have my nails done, so I can't say anything about that. I do wish the place was a little more modern and a nicer look especially in the front area when you first come in.
