My Mother came in to get both a manicure and a pedicure and the owner was beyond rude and unprofessional, not only to my mother but to her Co worker. Talking to her in a rude manner and making her feel embarrassed saying she doesn’t have time and she needs to move on to another lady waiting to get a pedicure done. She did not speak with her in private to discuss the matter instead she took it upon herself to speak out loud so the whole nail salon could hear. My mother had to end up leaving after already having her polish removed from her feet. The owner is Beyond unprofessional and doesn’t have any respect for costumers and most definitely not her co workers. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon and I surly feel bad for the workers.
Extremely overpriced especially for nail extensions & the extensions done didn't justify the price whatsoever. The length of the nails were too long to my liking & mentioned the technician to shorten it multiple times however she kept saying that she wasn't done yet and the end result would be shorter nails like I desire but nope! Still longer than what I wanted. Zero attention to detail.
My experience wasn’t that bad but my nails are terrible. I got the gel manicure with extensions. Which ended up being a free form nail shaping situation which I wasn’t prepared for. I thought I was going to get traditional tips with a gel top coat. Unfortunately the nail tech absolutely sucked at shaping. My nails look more like hump nails that are uneven in size. So I asked her several times to take more off the top and tech started to get annoyed. She was only able to achieve the shape and size I desired on one nail. She kept telling she wasn’t finished shaping even though she kept moving on to the next finger. After going back forth a few times I gave up on trying to achieving the look that I wanted. When she was finally finished the top coat of one my nails looked very lumpy and uneven so I asked her to re-polish the nail. For some odd reason she couldn’t find the color we used. So I accepted one that was similar because I needed to leave after sitting there for almost 3 hrs. The amount I paid was not worth the finish I got. I won’t be returning.
I was visiting from Indiana and found this location in walking distance from hotel. Amazing experience, I had Wendy, she scrubbed my heels like I was a superstar. My heels had been neglected, even with pedicures wasn't getting quality work. Ifeerenovat
I hardly write reviews for establishment but this one really deserved it. I’ve been here a few times now and every time I have received exceptional care from a number of the employees. They’re very approachable and take their time to finish the job properly and beautifully. I usually get gel manicures but this time I opted to get a UV gel set with Helena and she did an AMAZING job. In the past in other salons, when I’ve gotten UV gel sets, I’ve experienced a lot of pain but with Helena, it was pain free! She made sure she cleaned the sides when polish would get on my skin and even added an extra coat! I had a wonderful and relaxing time here. They are super clean as well! I have been going here for a while and always receive the nicest welcome . Everyone is really nice . I got my nails done by Helena today and she really takes her time to make sure the nails are all the same shape and is very gentle. She takes pride in her work. My nails came out beautiful!! Wonderful nail salon! All the staff is very friendly. Steve is my preferred nail technician. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I wish there was more options for nail art/designs. Other than that service and facility is outstanding.
Been coming to Angel Tips for many years. Helena is my go to nail tech. She does an amazing job. Quality work and always friendly. She is on time with appointments and constantly delivers a great experience. The salon is clean, prices are reasonable, staff is very welcoming and they offer a wide range of options. Spacious location really friendly and detail oriented staff. Updated - went a few more times and noticed that everytime my nails hurt a bit after so decided to reduce the overall score.
My mom started getting her nails done with Helena when she was first pregnant with me & now 24 years later she, my sister and I still come to Angel Tips for everything! My mom gets a fill in every 2-3 weeks and loves her nails every time & my sister and I have been here for every prom, wedding and special event.
