The Service was good and so was the atmosphere, however I'm from south texas and Mexican restaurants here in Dallas just can't compare. The dishes were not very flavorful and to lightly seasoned. There was a ton of cheese on everything drowning out the flavors from each item making everything taste the same. The portions are plentiful and food came out quickly. I will not say this place is bad but for the price I was expecting a bit more.
I ordered ribeye and a beef fajita taco and both were super tasty! The meat was seasoned well and super tender and juicy. I was pleasantly surprised! I got a peach margarita which was pretty standard but the upside was that it came in a pretty big size. A big plus was our sweet and helpful waitress. We were celebrating my birthday and in laws birthdays late and it was nice how we were able to get a small birthday dessert for free sopaipilla The only downside of the restaurant which was hard to ignore was the poor smell where we sat. It wasn’t unbearable but it lingered there the whole time we were eating. It is like the old building smell and something else I can’t quite describe. I couldn’t stop smelling it and it took away from the pleasurable experience of eating my food.
Came here for happy hour and then dinner for date night. The bartender was super friendly and so was most folks we talked with. The food was okay. The drinks were cheap and we enjoyed our time here. I recommend that you come here for a drink or meal. This place is cool to experience.
Food is good. Service was good. They do have happy hour drink offerings daily. Serving portions are quite large. This location has a large indoor/outdoor patio in back with a view of the lake. Features: There are plastuc screens installed between booths. Parking: Plenty of Parking Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get to lower floor as well.
Always seems busy so gave this place a try. Pleasant atmosphere and the food was really good. It had a wonderful flavor meaning it was seasoned food. Unlike some Mexican restaurants, they just cook the meat no seasoning, the beef and brisket that I had tasted amazing! Will go back for sure!!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
Came here for lunch and was absolutely disappointed. I got the frozen mango margarita 20oz and beef fajitas. The margarita was okay definitely felt like a slushy with a bunch of mango syrup in it. I don’t waste alcohol so I finished my drink. My beef fajitas was awful, the meat was chewy and tasted like it was old. The rice was plain and the flour tortillas could use some work, the only thing on my plate that probably tasted right was the rice. I didn’t want to waste any of the meat so I at least try to finish that. The service was okay. She was nice and checked up on use a few times. Service isn’t the problem, it’s the kitchen. The food needs to be better, very unseasoned.
I stopped in about 4:30pm had a happy hour Margarita for only 2.99. I had the Fiesta Suprema 16.99 sampler and it was great. It had so many things and it was so good. The server I had, Courtney, was very nice and it was quick.
10 out of 10 highly recommend. This yummy food knocked my socks off. I can't wait to go back but it's dangerously close to where i live and i can't be going there all the time lol. The prices are very affordable and the serving sizes are huge. I digress. Don't let the exterior of this joint turn you off as it is a little drab and looks closed honestly. Once you walk in, on the contrary, the ambiance and dining area is bright, clean, and very nice. Go eat here!! AUTHENTIC AND DELICIOUS
Loved it. Peaceful patio, enjoyed the view, the food was delicious& the service was great. Thank you, Julissa, for your service Also the preparation and serving fir the food didn't take longFood: 5/5
Use to take my kid here 20 years ago. Was our favorite place. He took me there a couple weeks ago as a surprise and it didn't disappoint. Food was good as it use to be. Thanks Ryan Snyder for the memories
