I ordered flowers for my significant other on Valentine’s Day -very short notice. I called to confirm my order since I had placed it online. I wanted to double check the timing I was informed very politely that they would not look exactly like what I saw online but that the florist would make a nice arrangement. We’ll go and behold, they were able to get the flowers in a timely manner and they were beautiful. I was beyond impressed and grateful. Definitely would recommend and return.

Top-notch flowers and great customer service! My wife loves the flowers I get her from Aiello! They last longer than buying from any storei.e. Meijer, Festival, etc...... These folks are true professionals and take great pride in their craft! Highly recommend!!!!

It's very difficult to walk into a florist to order flowers for a funeral. Chuck was patient and sympathetic. He somehow through the tears understood my vision and delivered above my expectations. Thank you!

The family who runs this shop is customer oriented. I thanked them for the beautiful floral arrangement they had done for my son. I then purchased a plant arrangement for my aunt's funeral. The price was right.

I live in Colorado. I ordered a $100 bouquet to be sent to the funeral of the mother of a good friend. The woman I spoke with at Midtown said that the $100 would assure me of a beautiful bouquet. As you can see the flowers were awful. I could have purchased a $10 bunch of flowers at the grocery store that would look better. Could it be that the order came from out of state and they thought I wouldn’t see it?

Chuck was so easy to work with and listened to everything I said. He called if he had any clarifications, and my wedding flowers were gorgeous.
