Welcome to Angerstein’s! We are a family owned and operated business that opened in 1924 when Albert H. Angerstein, Sr. purchased a small coal and feed company located in Wilmington, Delaware. Today, Angerstein’s Building Supply is a one-stop shopping destination well-known by area contractors, builders, architects and homeowners. In addition to a large inventory of building supplies, you will find a hardware store, rental center, specialty masonry supplies and a large selection of professional grade tools and equipment. Angerstein’s is also one of the largest distributors of E. P. Henry paving stones on the East Coast. Both stores feature beautiful paving stone displays – patios, retaining walls, stairs and even outdoor kitchens with built-in grills and refrigerators.
