Our jams are handcrafted in small batches. This makes them a true labor of love. The berries, fruits and sometimes chili peppers are of the finest quality and when possible, locally sourced. Another key to our great flavors is we use a shorter cooking time. This brings a burst of not only flavor but a beautiful, bright colored jam! Not only do we make them, we enjoy eating them as well!
