Dr. Robert L Leonard is a graduate of the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. He began practicing in 1974 and a strong connection to horses led him to begin his own practice, ACEC, in 1980. ACEC has been a pioneer in equine reproduction while also meeting the needs of horse owners as a full service equine veterinary clinic. Located in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks, ACEC, has been an excellent resource to equestrians seeking Artificial Insemination, Embryo Transfer, and Stallion Services.
