The Animal Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, registered as “Animal Food Bank Services, Inc.”
The Animal Food Bank keeps companion animals in loving homes and prevents their surrender to the shelter system by supplying families with pet food in times of economic distress. We are currently feeding over one thousand pets every month. We also encourage responsible pet ownership by requiring spay/neuter, vaccines, and licenses for the pets we assist.
By supplying pet food to families in need, we help all members of the family stay together during times of economic hardship, and prevent those pets from being relinquished to area shelters and rescues.
