I have never been to a better vet. They are absolutely phenomenal.  My husky puppy had to have 2 major surgeries at 3.5 months old and they have gone above and beyond in her aftercare. Any time I needed medications, they were ready within an hour. If I needed to bring her in for checkups, they were prompt and informative. Always patiently answering All of my questions.  She has needed b12 injections and I’ve had to bring her in a few times for help. They have been nothing but patient and helpful in the process of helping us adjust to her medical needs. Seriously amazing.  Don’t take your pet to a vet that rushes you or becomes impatient. These guys will treat you and your pet with love, patience, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you everyone at Animal Hospital of Garland!

Went here because we could not get into the vet that we've been using for several years. All of the staff were very sweet and really seem to love pets. Perfect job for them. The vet was very patient, listened to all of my concerns, and did a great job with my dog. The PRICES are VERY REASONABLE. Got to follow up text the following day asking how my dog was. I will be going back to the animal hospital of Garland with all of my pets.

The best vet, staff, and vet clinic on earth. Prices are great, and the staff is extremely accommodating and kind. I’ve never had a veterinarian care so much for my pets. I would drive an hour to see them if I had to, that’s how amazing they are. I cannot recommend them enough. They’ve been there for me through my dog having diabetes, to my cat being sick. I literally cannot say enough about how great they truly are.

Being new to Garland, it was weird trying to find a new vet for my fur babies. The staff and doctor were so friendly, and they were very loving to my sweet kitty that I brought in. Lotus was so comfortable thanks to the attention she received. From the moment we got back home, my cat seemed happier and feeling better. Thank you Dr. Wiles and staff for taking care of my little Lotus!!

Our  rescue pup Olive is  a bit hesitant of men, and the vet tech was so kind and gentle with her. We so appreciate this entire practice.

While the staff was nice and friendly, there was clearly miscommunication. I was told to just return a stool sample for my kitten and it would already have been charged to me on the prior visit but then I get a text saying that I have to still pay for it to be sent out. I had to go out of my way before work to drop off that sample and for nothing. Also, all they gave my kitten was 1 vaccine and nexguard for $130 when I could've bought the treatment online for $30. Would recommend to improve communication amongst your staff.

Absolutely the best.  From the Vet, to the Techs, the amazing lady out front who seems to be a jack of all trades and handles things brilliantly, this is the place to bring your pets.  So nice, respectful, attentive, friendly, and truly caring.

We had found a kitten in middle of highway with all four paws blustered to point of it's pads falling off called to get a physical checkup and the price was fair but thin lady went on to say that that was just the physical only anything else would be an additional charge which of course we understand that but then she goes on to say that medication and gaussing and bandages could run up several hundred dollars mind you this is a kitten that was saved off the side of the road that is a tad bit extreme. Places like this are always saying adopt adopt adopt well how in the world are we supposed to adopt animals if they make it absolutely unaffordable to be able to take care of them????

I took my 13-year-old cat here to have some lumps removed and they took very good care of her. She was in and out the same day, and aside from being a bit drowsy and not wanting me to touch her tummy she seems to be better already. Staff was all kind and professional, And they helped me get set up with financing to pay for the surgery. Dr Wiles is very good at what she does. Thank you so much for taking care of my fur baby
