You can tell the dogs are actually treated very well here! I’ve always been pro-adopt but this store would be a great option for someone looking for a healthy puppy of a specific bread. Alex was great she even let my boyfriend and I play with a puppy to help get her socialized, even though we had no intentions buying one vacationing in Tuscon.
We got our mini Aussie from here last May. He is about to turn a year on Friday!!! The whole process was awesome and easy. Abby was great she was so helpful and sooo friendly!!!! She let us spend as much time as we wanted to make sure he was a perfect fit. Abby was so great that we went back in December and found our other fur baby. She let us spend time with her before closing. We ended up going back the next day to spend more time and do all the paperwork to bring her home.
My boyfriend and I went here this past weekend and were so lucky to get the opportunity to meet Andrew. He’s not only kind but also passionate about all the animals and their transition into a forever home. While we didn’t adopt any puppy this time I will definitely ask for him when the time comes! The store overall seems very well managed and I would recommend if you want a specific breed.
Auna was an amazing staff member. She helped my husband and I make the transaction alot easier. She communicated on a daily basis with updates on Mia. 10 out of 10 would recommend Animal Kingdom. We look forward to work with them again when we are ready to get Mia a companion.
We purchased this adorable, healthy and happy Havanese puppy from Animal Kingdom. Alex was so helpful and informative, making the process very easy. We love our new puppy.

Stop supporting places like this! Designer dogs are a thing of the past. Although the dogs look OK in health, a lot of them look super stressed out. They have 2 pups at a time, that are kept in tiny glass cages. Not enough space for puppies to stay locked up. Idc if they take the dog out every hour. It’s not humane to keep a puppy locked in such a small area for extended periods of time. As we walked around, we noticed feces left in multiple cages. We were there for almost an hour and still feces left in cages. I hope AZ catches on like the rest of the nation and finally bans these companies. Such a shame
My kids and I spent a month deciding on a puppy after the loss of our 17 yr old poodle. We all kept going back to the red Havapoo. Garrett was always there to help us and he was beyond fantastic! He helped me keep the secret to surprise my kids and is an awesome person overall, very knowledgeable about the puppies and home care! Our puppy Suri was so well taken care of and has made our home happy again! Thank you Garrett!!
My family and I love going here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They allow you to play with the puppy of your choosing and they can answer any questions you have about the puppy, the background and the breed.
We brought home our great Dane Sybilla avout a week and half ago. She is wonderful. Abby was the associate that helped us . She was kind and knowledgeable, and updated us regularly till we could pick her up since she was still on a medical hold . We really appreciate all her help
