We had a great first visit to Animal Medical Village. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We can in with a foundling. Not sure what to expect at all. He was so well treated. They checked him out top to bottom and made us feel they really cared about his outcome. We are so happy to be part of the Animal Medical Village family. Loved our technician and Vet! I'm thankful that you guys would have had an appointment availability at the same day but I had to work late, but you were also able to get me in the next day. It's hard to find a good rabbit vet. My family has been going to the The Animal Medical Center of the Village since I was in grade school, before it moved, and I go now with my own pets. I have a bird and I trust them to consistently give the best quality of care and attention that is required for exotics. The facilities are modern, clean, and comfortable. Expect the visit to be 30 minutes to one hour for annual checkups and longer for X-rays and more specialized care. I don't see this as a problem since I want them to put in the necessary amount of time required to create a calm environment for my pets and not rush them through the appointment. With the expertise and experience of Doctor Jordan I can confidently recommend The Animal Medical Center of the Village to friends, family, and anyone who wants the very best care for their pets.
I have gliders many The Docs at AMCofV have been amazing! Taken care of Hazel's absess, neutered two of my boys and provided amazing care!! Highly recommend them!!
Beautiful lobby with optional shopping and a fish tank. Refrigerated water available year-round. Friendly front desk employees welcome you. Intake attendant was caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Taylor listened to my concerns, completed a thorough exam, and took very good care of my dog. She explained possible side effects ahead of time, so I wouldn’t be surprised. I love Dr. Jordan’s Medical Center and have been going to him for almost 20 years. You get what you pay for here. I highly recommend this vet clinic.
My go to vet for my bunny!! I always get the best care for my bunny here!! Staff is super friendly and will answer ALL your questions. If you have rabbits and are looking for a friendly, HIGH quality care provider look no further!!! I try to take my bunny Lulu monthly for nail trims and they always go out of their way to make sure she’s safe and comfortable. We were able to solve an issue we caught beforehand a few months ago when I just went for a nail trim! Super grateful for this place. Highly recommend :
I can not say enough good things about animal medical center of the village. They are so kind and compassionate. I have brought four guinea pigs to them- two of them passed away from old age and they were the best clinic to go to! It is really tough losing an animal- they were so nice they gave me clay molds of My pigs paws. I have been to two other veterinarians in Houston after moving and I can truly say they are the best. Dr Taylor was so helpful and patient with all of the questions I had.
Came here for an eye infection for my bunny. They handled my rabbits on the ground to keep them as comfortable as possible. It was a great experience and was probably the least traumatized my rabbits have reacted after a vet visit, despite the quite invasive handling for the eye infection. The annual check up for my other rabbit was thorough and I loved the comprehensive visit summary they provide for each bunny. Overall it was a wonderful experience!
They see and treat reptiles which was great since I was having trouble finding someone to help my bearded dragon! Very knowledgeable veterinarian and professional service. I was late for my appointment and they didn’t make me feel bad AT ALL, and they still got me taken care of. And they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Great place.
I could not be happier with the services! I took my sugar glider here to get neutered and was continually greeted by friendly very professional and knowledgeable staff all the way around. The following week I had a cat emergency and no one in the Tomball area had time for us. The 24 hour emergency clinic told me I could come but there was already a 4 hour wait. Well instead of wait... I remembered how kind the Animal Clinic at the Village was and after confirming an actual appointment drove the hour to their clinic. I was greeted by a friendly compassionate staff and Lauren the vet tech took care of us for the remainder of the morning explaining and helping us through every process that Dr. Taylor recommended. I have found our new family vet and for this kind of quality care I will be more than happy to drive an hour out of my way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the genuine care you offer here.
