Risk factors like stress, anxiety, depression, and unhealthy habits, which have crept into our society, have been proven to trigger ailments in our physical system. Therefore, we need help, not just for the outward symptoms, but also for the internal causes of these conditions.
Victor Schueller founded Animity Health and Wellness in 2010 as a means to help individuals and groups attend to their physical, mental, and social well-being. He has a wealth of knowledge gained from his experiences as a licensed chiropractor, an anatomy and physiology instructor, and a learned expertise in communication, emotional wellness, and meditation.
At Animity Health and Wellness, we specialize in building positive and healthy social relationships. We help our clients handle negative emotions like anger, worry and frustration while promoting an inner peace and calmness, leading to an all-around healthy life.

In line with the standards of the National Wellness Institute, we address the six prongs of wellness—Physical, Social, Intellectual, Spiritual, Emotional, and Occupational well-being of our clients. Our programs cover areas related to stress and anxiety management, wellness assessment, weight and nutrition management, lifestyle guidance, corporate wellness workshops and chiropractic.

At Animity Health and Wellness, we value a positive mindset. We believe everyone has the potential to be physically healthy, but in order to be truly healthy we need to do work on the inside first.
