One of the best food truck in the whole Washington state family owned really clean ad testy food! I wish I could give them more then 5 stars, best Mexico’s Food ever!
Their wet burritos are ginormous! 8" long, 4" wide, 2" tall = 64 cubic inches of burrito. At a price of $10, that's about 16¢/in³. Suffice to say, when I order a wet burrito here, it lasts 2-3 meals. Carnitas are delish. Not the #1 best carnitas I've ever had, but that's not surprising as it's my favorite meat for Mexican food, so I've had carnitas from a LOT of places around Seattle and other parts of the country + Mexico.
I go here everyday after work, this place is special to me especially the great tortas they make, I always get the torta and man the steak, onions just everything feels and taste fresh, the women and also then man who cooks behind they're are really great cooks all of them, great hospitality, my only advice for customers is to leave a tip for these hard workers here. They put much love into the food they prepare to the public. 10/10
I ordered the wet burrito to go last night. The portion was large, and it did come with green sauce, however my estimate is that over 70-80 percent of the filling was rice and the chicken was very sparse. There were also very few beans. There was also a piece of something in the burrito that was perhaps bone or gristle. Whatever it was, it was not edible. On the plus side, it did not take them very long to prepare it, and they were friendly. However, the food is what counts, and I doubt that I will try them again. I don't know if it makes any difference, but I would have been happy to pay a bit more for more of a quality item. I think with my one dollar tip, my total came to just short of $15.00 for this one item.
Decided to try this place since it was rated 4.5 stars. I ordered 3 tacos and the price was $6.61. I gave $7.00 and got 35 cents back. For charging $2 a taco I expected them to have more than average fillings. It was much less than most places. Major Fail! Definitely not going back.
Great taco truck . Food is good & tasty& fresh. Reasonable prices. Good for feeding your working crew Convenient location Lots of easy free parking
Definitely some of the best tacos in the North end. I like that they fry the outer tortilla a bit to give it some crispness and so it they don't fall apart. Price and portion all standard for Seattle truck tacos. Salsas were a little watery but still flavorful. Cashier was nice. I'll be back!
If only 4.5 was possible. Great price point for street tacos. Decent carne asada and carnitas lacked flavor a sometimes a little very rarely dry. But the lengua is some of the best a Seattle taco truck has to offer. The hot sauces are a must have some of the meat doesn’t carry the flavor so adding some delicious house made sauce makes all the difference! The place is worth the stop < $2.00 for a taco! Wow!
We got the carnitas regular burrito and al pastor regular burrito. They both came with two small containers of salsa. The burritos were big, cheesy, and delicious. However, the prices on the menu didn't reflect how much we were actually charged. Seems like regular burritos are $9.99+tax each, although the physical menu said they cost $8.63. I think they're worth it, but I do think the restaurant should update the menu to reflect their actual offerings and prices. Note that there is no seating available, so you'll have to take it to-go.
Confused about majority of reviews on here because the food was highly disappointing. But if you grew up in Washington all your life then that explains a lot. The menu options are high priced We ordered -Menudo -Adobada Torta -Horchata Sauces were watery, they must have added a broth into their batch to increase the quantity; In turn it lost its flavor and purpose. The torta was huge unfortunately it was mostly bread. Missing key ingredients such as refried beans and cheese queso fresco. I think rather than simmering adobada it should have been fried for a torta. Menudo just tasted like water, very oily, added ingredients of our own to get flavor. The Horchata was good but anyone can make this classic drink in their own home. Not impressed overall. Hope this food truck can improve in the days to come.
