EXCELLENT!! Would give more than five stars if possible. Fantastic customer service began immediately upon walking in the door, and like everyone wants, the representative Taylor was not trying to get you to buy the priciest bed, but the bed that would give you the highest quality sleep that you’re most comfortable with. My wife and I had never purchased a bed in store before and we were so thrilled by the experience. Would only buy from here in the future!

Great service since the moment we entered the door! Don’t let this looks deceive you!…. They have great prices! We went to about 4 -5 different places, but Lebeda Mattress Factory has the best prices, the nicest looking mattress store, the best quality made to order, but the best of all great service. Taylor and Tyler are fantastic to work with. They have gone above and beyond since November 2021 when I initially purchased a mattress from Lebeda to help me. I would recommend anyone to do business with them in a heartbeat.
From the time we walked in the door, Taylor was extremely attentive to our every need. As a mother, it was very impressive to me that he immediately asked what he could do for our daughter. He got her set up on the couch in front of the TV and then took care of my husband and I from there. We had a great experience and will definitely return to Lebeda-Ankeny for future mattress needs. We highly recommend this store and Taylor for anyone looking for a high quality product made right here in IA from a qualified salesman!
Store manager Taylor provides top notch customer service. Stopped in once to see what they had, he wasn't pushy and very informative. We shopped around and couldn't find the bang for our buck anywhere else. Got in touch with Taylor a few days after our first visit, purchased a mattress, box spring, and frame on a Wednesday evening and its being delivered Friday morning. Great service, great quality, great prices for any budget. 12/10 would highly recommend!
We have been buying our mattress from Lebeda since we moved to Iowa back in 2006. Taylor P has always been extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. If you need a new mattress, please stop by Lebeda on South State Street in Ankeny and ask for Taylor P if he's not there. You will not be disappointed.

Purchasing my bed from Lebeda was hands down the best experience all around! Taylor was very helpful and engaged in finding me the perfect bed the Quanta to meet all of my comfort needs! He answered my questions genuinely, provided five star customer service, was efficient in handling my purchase, and was a real joy to talk with!
