Hi, my name is A.J., owner of Ankh Fitness, located inside of the Train4Life Center. I have been changing lives through fitness over the past 10 years. Fitness and nutrition became a passion after watching my mom battle and lose the fight against cancer. Since then, I have been dedicated and motivated to help those who want to be more fit and live a healthier life.
For me, staying active began at a young age (I participated in the sports of baseball, football, karate, basketball, and track); so weather you are 8 or 80 years old, I can help you achieve your fitness goals safely and efficiently.
