Ann Arbor Professional Pharmacy

I love this place. They're much faster than just about any other pharmacy I've ever gone to. I never could understand why it takes 20-30 minutes to fill and Rx... These people do it right away while you wait. The only thing I don't like are the hours of operation. If they could stay open until 6 or 7 and also be open at least a half day on Saturday would be very helpful to us. I gave 4 stars. If I liked the hours better I would give this place 5+ stars.

Has that hometown personal touch, they really know your name and what medications you should have

I can’t say enough good things about this small local business. I utilize their services both personally and professionally. I have never had an experience where the pharmacist cares so much about each patient they fill scripts for. The pharmacist and her staff are always working hard to make sure their patrons have an experience encompassed by continuity, professionalism, and compassion. Their hours may be more limited than chain pharmacies, but for me personally, it was well worth the switch.

I was very excited to visit this pharmacy and have been met with disappointment. They mysteriously made an invalid reason to serve me because my ID was not from Ypsilanti. They also said that they only serve adults over a certain age. I took offense to the situation and was treated with pure disrespect. I vow never to come here for their overpriced poor attitude service again m...!

Both the lady and man were very rude to me. I don't have an account there but was picking up a missed delivery for a friend and got treated with total disrespectful.

Great place always fast. The guy there is rude but the woman is super nice and very fast.

Can be rude at times, won't tell you when medication is ready for pick up.
