I have ordered several arrangements from this place. Every one has been the most beautiful I have ever seen. The quality is second to none. Maybe a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The roses are gorgeous and last twice as long as any I have ever purchased. The designs are flawless. I will always buy my flowers from this florist.

Ann’s Flower’s is always amazing, but really knocked it out of the park this time! Delivery same day I ordered and recipient said they were the most beautiful she’s ever received.

For the past 5 years my husband used Ann’s Flowers n all the roses I got were beautiful n lasted longer then four days. Received 14 Anniversary red roses on a Saturday n by Wednesday all roses were bent over n black spots on the pedals - very sad flowers- not good quality like we have gotten over the past years. Asked for baby’s breath n got something else. Called them asked for $$ back n they wanted to replace them with more roses. I told them I’ll pass. So didn’t get a refund but got roses that died four days later n pour quality.I’d post photos- I have plenty if them Won’t be using Ann’s Flowers again - Publix’s roses look so much better n last longer. My husband called out of state to make our Anniversary memorable with Rose bouquet since I was in Florida on family matters..

Lily was amazing to work with and the arrangement she created for a 50th wedding celebration, incorporating the original cake topper, was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for making a special day perfect!

By far the worst experience I've had with a small business. From the product to the customer service. Spent $160.00 to support a local small business instead of a big chain flower company. The product was more then disappointing and not representative of the description on the website. When I called the store I was initially hung up on, then spoke to a woman who said I could speak with Diane or Gene but they wouldn't be in until the following Wednesday this happened the Friday after flowers were delivered. Finally spoke to Diane over a week later who said they would not refund me even partially as it seemed I got half of a flower arrangement. However they would remake and resend the flowers. When it came time to resend flowers Gene who is the owner said absolutely not. Being out of town I even had a local representative reach out to the business on my behalf. Just rude unprofessional and overpriced for the product. I used this small business at the advice of someone in the area who personally knows the business owners and I'll never order from them again. I have no problem paying good money for an exceptional product or experience. What I received was neither exceptional or professional. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. I'll also be informing the better business bureau about this.

Lovely flower and gift shop. So many beautiful coastal design items. Great place to shop for gifts. Owner is super friendly. Definitely check it out!

Do not order from Ann's Flowers. False advertising to start with. $160 for a beautiful bouquet and it was delivered with only half of the flowers pictured on their website. Diana said she would resend them once the recipient came back from a family getaway and nothing was delivered as promised. So they changed their mind without letting us know?! Yep, that's correct. Gene said no. He was just as rude when asking him about it. She was extremely short and rude and hung up on me after I tried explaining why I was the one calling. I was the that one that referred them but never again. Horrible customer service and even worse ownership.

Bought some beautiful coastal decor and little gifts - they have a great selection and range of prices. I also buy flowers here because they are great quality and I love how their designers put things together. So lucky to have them in town for last any minute purchases too - total lifesavers!!!

Great owners and great flowers! Every arrangement I’ve ever gotten has been top notch and lasts for weeks! Anns Flowers always makes sure to try to match any flower arrangement ideas I may have , minus of course off season flowers. Would highly recommend!
