Ann Taylor Factory Store

Love this store! Great quality clothes and if you wait for a sale you will score big. But it appears that the associates time could be better spent trying to help the customer than putting out new merchandise. I have spent a lot of money at these stores. I get the hello when I walk in but if I am looking for something in particular they ignore you.

Went into Ann Taylor to get my daughter She was at work an outfit for her job interview. The girls in the store were so helpful. I am so thankful! It is the perfect outfit!! I couldn’t of done it without Sam I think that Was her name.

I love shopping here. Ann Taylor has a good variety and quality clothes. I always go there and get my clothes. But this is the second time that I wanted to use my barcode discount which I got in my email and the lady said you can not use it because you have to shop more than $100!!! I showed my email and mentioned that it says 15% of your purchases but exclude new look clothes. It means either the emails are faking sale or the cashiers are not well trained

I was not allowed near the changing rooms even though I am essentially my girlfriend's shopping assistant. I could understand if I was just some alone guy who wanted to go into the women's changing room, but come on.

Really nice selection. They were in the middle of a big clearance turn over, so almost a third of the store was clearance. I averaged $20/item at checkout.
