I went to Ann Taylor to buy a new pair of black dress pants. I found a pair that were perfect but they had a snag in the back. They didn’t have another pair in the store so the associate offered to order me a new pair. After waiting for a week to receive my “new” pair, they arrived but ended up being the exact same damaged pair from the store. Customer service could only offer to send me a new pair but would charge me again for the second pair. Will be returning damaged pair and hopefully they take them out of circulation so someone else doesn’t but the same damaged pair of pants because apparently Ann Taylor thinks selling damaged clothes is ok.
Stopped in today to do some online returns and I ended up shopping their sale. My teen was with me & she ended up trying on some clothing & I ended up buying her quite a few items. I chatted with a few of the associates. While I’m not sure if they do any team or individual commissions I had more than one person offering to grab sizes & offer help. One thing that stood out was the tenure of the people that worked there. Some have been with Ann Taylor a very long time & truly love the brand, know the quality and that shows! I love my new wardrobe pieces and look forward to my next trip

The blonde woman with the glasses that go with everything in her opinion behind the register had a bad cranky attitude. I make my purchases online so that I don’t have to deal with these kind of people, but unfortunately this time the sizes didn’t work for me. She was not helpful at all and behaved as if I were bothering her to do her job. I won’t be back to this location which was out of my way to go to anyway. The woman at Scottsdale Fashion are so much nicer, and helpful.
I needed to come in to the store today, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the dressing rooms are open to customers. I experienced a slight delay at checkout but Gloria went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Excellent customer service!

I absolutely love my suite and dress! I needed a new suite for a business presentation and the girls who work there were very helpful in making suggestions to assist me in finding an outfit that was perfect. I also got a super cute dress that is very flattering to my post-baby body. I feel confident and professional in my new attire.
If you are in the chandler mall please stop by Ann Taylor. This store is full of classic iconic fashion for the glam gal on your holiday list. The customer service starts with the manager Chris. She welcomes everyone and is the brand. The store is organized extremely clean and just looking at the fantastic fashion I promise you will spend hours.
This store and the people in it are SO AWESOME. Ann Taylor as a company is HORRIBLE. It’s super annoying because their petite sizes are the only thing that fits but their products are incredibly over priced AND they charge a $7.95 return shipping fee. I’m sorry... What year is it? Oh... And you can’t edit an order when it is “processing” or cancel... You have to let it ship, be delivered 10 days later then return it for a fee absolute worst customer service with the online call center. I literally will buy elsewhere and have it tailored just to spite them from now on.
I called to make my payment and got the Black Queen of the world Nicki. You all know how they think they can speak to you in any matter they want and they get away with it because they are black. Well she said thanks for calling um um ah I said wake up, is this Commenity for Ann Taylor?? She then got rude and I asked for a sup after she raised her voice and I am just sick of it. I told her I am recording this she said good for you. I said I will post it to facebook as well she said faaaantastic. She knows they will do nothing about it. I canceled all 4 cards with Commenity bank and will never shop here for my wife again.
