The Anna Booth Parent Teacher Association(PTA) is an organization of parents and teachers committed to enriching the educational and social experience of students and their families. The Anna Booth PTA welcomes new and returning Anna Booth families. We volunteer to support the school in many different ways. We raise funds for things that do not fall within the realm of a typical classroom experience. The funds that are raised are returned to the teachers as teacher appreciation gifts and luncheons; they are returned to the students as field trips, enrichment programs, and special gifts to help them experience things outside of the classroom curriculum. We also help create a sense of community among school families through family fun events, playground socials, and school performances. Together, the PTA members fully support the school curriculum as well as the students and staff. It is our belief that the team effort of a parent teacher organization offers the best possible learning environment for our children.
The Anna Booth PTA is a nonprofit organization committed to enriching the educational and social experience of Anna Booth Elementary School students and their families. The PTA exists to provide volunteer services and to raise funds that support students’ educational efforts and extracurricular activities.
