What a wonderful experience. I was searching for a ladies handkerchief. To give my daughter on her wedding day. After calling several shops around Kansas City. I found this remarkable store. When I walked in they had a great selection. Showed me some monogram samples. Making my selection and telling them that I needed it in two days. They said not a problem. What a cute shop!! You can find the perfect gift for that hard-to-shop for friend. I went in needing to get a gift for my friend who's downsizing her home, so I needed something small and personal. I didn't have to look hard here to find it. Then I started just browsing and bought so much more than I needed, but it was totally worth it. I can't wait to go back. #TooCute

This is a fabulous place. The customer service is exceptional. This is my go to for gifts as they gift wrap. I always bring my out of town family and friends here. Thanks for being a wonderful local business.
Truly horrible and snootiest customer service I ever had. Worst experience and we are regulars. I can only imagine how they treat others. Never will come back there. For it being family owned and operated business the owner sure doesn’t stand behind customers. All they quick to do is swipe your card and get your money. That’s about it. Don’t even think to return stuff, they going to get stinky with you.
