Needed to buy last-minute flowers on a major holiday the big one: Valentine's Day! and was over the moon that they were able to deliver it same-day. Thank you to Annandale Florist for your quick delivery and beautiful arrangement!

The confirmation email i received said "do not reply to this we don't bother reading our customers replies because our customers are stupid and we don't like email" I'm paraphasing. So, given that, I'll reply here on the goog. For $100 flower delivery, if you're not going to deliver them on the appointed date, maybe pick up a telephone and give me a call to let me know? Or something, I dunno.

Terrible service -- I arranged flowers to be delivered Friday before Mother's Day and received an email that they'd been delivered. By Sunday I realized this was completely untrue, nothing had been dropped off, and the owner claimed my ticket had been lost. They assured me the flowers would be delivered later that day, but it is after 6pm and they haven't arrived. A refund was refused. Very disappointed in the total incompetence displayed here.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS DELIVERED FROM HERE. Only confirmation I received was when my order had been placed 2 weeks prior. Never got a time when they would be delivered. They got delivered at 7:30pm! They didn't look like in the picture. Also, the delivery man left them outside of my apartment complex & left after I called him 3 times to tell him to deliver to the bottom balcony. TERRIBLE experience & I would not recommend it.

I called today at10 am. Wanting to send flowers to my daughter who just moved to the area. They were very helpful and got the flowers delivered around 2pm the same day. I have a $ amount I wanted to spend and they sent a beautiful arrangement and even texted me a picture of them before delivering! Will def be returning customer in the future. My order for Mother’s Day was confirmed to be sent two days prior to Mother’s Day to avoid any potential lateness.. not only was my order not delivered but the vendor will no accept responsibility, will not call back full voicemail box and has not remedied this even 10 days later. I will definitely not be shopping with Annandale florist in the future and recommend shopping around if your delivery means anything to you! Very frustrating.

I called the day before Mother's Day Saturday with little hope they'd deliver on Mother's Day, but they saved the day! Customer service is amazing, I was able to order over the phone getting a full description of what I was getting. They delivered my moms flowers first thing Sunday - Mother's Day! The flowers were beautiful and abundant! Huge bouquet! Very pleased , I will definitely order flowers from here again.

You be the judge....$65 dollar Florist Choice arrangement. $85 total with delivery and tax.

Called last minute on Saturday before they were to close and they were the only florist out of ten to make my delivery happen. They really came through for me and we’re very pleasant to work with. Thanks for saving the day!!

Very reliable. I placed an order ,from Denmark, in February, for flowers to be delivered to a friend in Virginia, USA and I am happy to say everything went as directed. More grease to your elbows Annadale Florist.
