Mike was a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciate his approach. No pressure. Not the typical aggressive salesmanship I'd expect. The products are of great quality, and the prices are low. They were great about communicating with me when my dining set came in. Will shop here again in the future!
Doing business with ABA was a pleasure! Very laid back atmosphere with no one constantly on your heels trying to sell you something! Went from five star to 1 star I tried to cancel furniture ahead of time due to personal issues. I was told I’ll get my deposit back. Weeks later of calling, staff Mike and Serogel stated the boss is on vacation. Then called again and they tried to say I wouldn’t get a refund of my deposit back. Don’t go here !
I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing from this place. My 1-2 week wait has turned into 4 weeks. I have tried calling them to get an update twice now, but "the system was down". Both times they promised they will return the call and they haven't, of course. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Update: My furniture was finally delivered, 8 weeks after. Again, they advertised 2 weeks max..
Mike and the team at ABA Furnishings are nothing short of professional and helpful. They were patient, had excellent customer service, and had reasonable prices for quality furniture. Will definitely be a repeat customer for all our furniture needs. Thanks, guys!
The owner was rude and very exasperated while trying to figure out what was going on with my order. Yes yes, supply and demand and delays… we get it. But heaven forbid you decide you no longer want the piece after it being over a month when you were told 2 weeks. I don’t care if you think I didn’t hear 2-4, he said “like two weeks” I called three weeks prior and they pushed me off, didn’t call me back and now are saying they have to take an exorbitant amount for a “restocking” fee when I’m sure three weeks ago it wasn’t even shipped out. I’m sure of that because it still hasn’t arrived, but now I’m out almost $200 because they are having a hissy fit. DO NOT GO HERE. I used to send all my clients here, but I will never again.
Guys are so helpful! Walked in looking for a king bed frame for my guest bedroom and walked out 15 mins later with a beautiful bed frame for a quarter the price of some of the furniture stores I went to earlier that day. Highly highly recommend going and checking it out!
Cliff notes: Josh owner is rude and our 8 week wait turned into 14 weeks. Do not recommend. A couple years ago I bought a couch from them that they had in stock and had no issues. Fast forward to now, I worked with Mike and ordered a couch in December 2021 and was given an estimate of up to an 8 week wait, but I could be sooner. Not unheard of right now with long waits on everything. I just called now, 4 weeks later and Mike was off so he said he could get back with me or I could call the office. I didn’t know the number on the card Mike gave me had his personal cell number. So we call the office and got Josh Owner and he was instantly rude. We were just looking for an update and he was instantly accusing us of demanding the couch now. Again we were just looking for any updates. He wouldn’t let speak and brushed us off. If we hadn’t paid in full we would just cancel and eat the 20% fee.
Nice selection and friendly staff. Helpful and not too pushy sales. Update after purchasing a few more items: We did experience a delay in getting the couch, but this was quite common considering the supply disruption during the COVID pandemic. I'm still waiting on a bike that I put a deposit on nearly a year ago. The staff was always helpful in providing updates and the owner, Josh, made the delivery personally when the pieces arrived. Thanks Josh, much appreciated! See you next time.
I bought a 12” mattress that only got to 10” after following the directions and waiting 48 hours. When I called twice to ask for either the mattress I paid for or a refund for the difference in price of the 2 different size mattresses I was treated like this was somehow my fault. I was told to bring it back if I wanted what I paid for. I did not have access to a truck to do that so I asked if it could be swapped. Then I was charged to make the swap. The second mattress delivered only got to 11”. I’m shocked at how they spoke to me and that I did not get what I paid for. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
