Customer service is wonderful here. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well organized and shopping here is a pleasure. Welcome to zero-frustration shopping.
They didn't have the outdoor cushions I was looking for but neither did any other store due to the lateness of the season.
Just bought three cans of bright colored paint for yard art projects, and Rob Rheault working in the paint department could not have been more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It makes shopping such a pleasurable experience when you meet gems like Rob ready to step it up. The folks at the Annapolis Home Hardware put the excel in excellence! Great place to shop in store and/or on-line!
Went there to rent a floor sander. They have both orb and belt. The price is VERY reasonable. The sander is in good working condition and facilitated the job. I know where I'm going to rent tools.
Well run and stocked hardware,lots of engaged staff.
What a gem to have in such a small town. Can usually always find what I need to get the job done or be educated on a new way to do it. If something is out of stock its no issues to have it ordered in. But the stand out here is the staff! I feel like I'm walking into an episode of Cheers sometimes. Weather my issues is big or small it is dealt with quickly and professionally. Has become my favorite shop in town.
There is a lot of neat things here! We can find more products than our local HH store and only have to travel about an hour away. It also has a wonderful greenhouse in season, and very knowledgeable staff. It's in a beautiful community, which allows us to do more here than just visit the hardware store.
Great Home Hardware, one of the best. Staff is knowledgeable, store clean and organized. When you walk in you're always greeted with a smile and hello. Amazing array of products in every department. Great sales and occasional scratch and save events. Staff in lumber yard are great! It's also nice that you can pay at the lumber yard, which is unusual at a hardware store. Really, really like that lumber is stored in a covered building, hate lumber that has been left in the elements. Probably there at least once a week - great job going out to all the staff especially the lumber yard!!
Full service building centre with fully stocked building and home supplies. Nicely laid out merchandise with very helpful and friendly service.
Very disappointed today in the customer service. When I asked if an item could be price matched with kent I did not expect ignorance and attitude from management. I will contine shopping at Wilson's Home Hardware in Digby, where the owners, management and staff go above and beyond. "Home Owners helping homeowners"
