The mission of the Annapolis West Health Foundation is to complement the healthcare system in Annapolis West through promotion and financial support of selected health and wellness initiatives, programs, services and equipment within the sustainable resources of the Foundation.

You can help make a difference.
Donations can be made to the AWHF through Planned Giving, Donations made In Honour or In Memory of, Monthly Giving and a One Time Gift.
You can also specify which program, within the Foundation mandate, you would like your donation to contribute towards.
An In Memory gift lets you dedicate a donation in memory of a loved one. The Foundation will then send a card to the family or, to whomever you designate, to let them know that a donation has been made.
All donors are offered the opportunity to have their donation recognized on the information board located in the lobby of ACHC. This recognition is not automatic and will occur upon the donor providing consent.
