We love this library. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. They have great programs for kids and even during covid, they stayed engaged by having take home crafts and science projects available. Love this place!
I like the library, the library is always a great place for me to go especially when I am bored, but now since we are in the middle of a pandemic, it's hard to even go to a public place such as a library, that means the world is ending and more people are at home, which is also not that safe because there are also alot of domestic disputes; this particular library seems alright, the workers aren't that friendly, but their ok when it comes to helping the public because it's almost like they have to or they'll get fired. It's better to be yourself and like what you do. It always makes it better for you and those around you because no matter how you may feel, you're helping someone else who may be having a bad day. A smile is universal, but all in all, the library is a great place to go.
It's a nice place but it is not a quite place for people who like silent places like me. You see many people using their phones inside the library. The librarians are nice, friendly and help people to their best of their ability except the speak loudly. I would rate it five if they can keep the place quite as it supposed to be.
This is a really nice library. The staff is really helpful and never make you leave mad. it is very clean and whenever there is a problem the staff members help us before we leave.
Small quiet Library. They have free native plant seeds right at the entrance, bonus!
The staff at Russett library are extremely helpful, nice and friendly. I visit often and going here feels like home
This library is so noisy. The staff are nice and very attentive to customers' needs, but at the same time, they do nothing to maintain quiet in the library. They themselves sometimes create the noise. They talk at the top of their voices and are not mindful of the fact that people are studying. It is just like a market place.People answer phone calls in the library and the staff won't ask them to go outside to answer their calls. Please,if you have another library you can go to study ,go there. This one is not quiet at all. This library is the worst you can go to.
I hold a monthly session for Women entrepreneurs at the library and the staff is very nice and very helpful with my request to use the meeting space.
A nice quiet little library
This is a wonderful library. I live in laurel and they are in the process of putting up a new library so we started going to russet. They are very nice and very helpful.
