Anne Gerard, the Realtor who helps!
Hi, I am Anne Gerard with Coldwell Banker Heritage Dayton. As long as I can remember, helping people has always been a goal of mine. I’ve worked hands on with helping people find homes in many different positions. During my time as a Realtor I’ve realized that in order to truly give the client exactly what they need in their transaction, you have to be a full-time Realtor at all times – so that’s what I am!
I am a lifelong resident of the Jamestown and Xenia areas and I truly believe in the growth of the Dayton region. This area has so many wonderful organizations and non-profits which I believe in, so I am always trying to involve myself and give back. I am on numerous boards including Greene Giving, Toward Independence, and more. Each foundation and organization is so special to me, helping others is extremely important in my life.
I have received the Dayton Area Board of Realtors’ Sales Leader Club Award both in 2013-2014 and again in 2014-2015. Also, I have received the Ohio Area Board of Realtors’ President’s Sales club Award for 2014-2015.
Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors was by far one of the best choices I could have made entering my career as a Realtor. Dayton is a growing area with many different suburbs and housing developments. I wanted to know that I had the best training and education when it came to being a Realtor. I have had offers from other Agencies, but I just find Coldwell Banker Heritage to be the best choice. I understand that things don’t always go perfectly when it comes to Real Estate transactions, but working with me you’ll know that I am a trained professional when it comes to handling those problems.
