Description

Our store is an eclectic variety of repurposed antiques, unique apparel, accessories, designer goods and more. We have over 15,000 square feet of spirited shopping, a soda bar that serves blue bell ice cream, bottled and fountain drinks, and the world's largest home made ding dongs! We have something for the whole family from a man cave area housing a pool table and unlimited tv to a kids play place with cartoons, coloring, and other activities. If that isn't enough you can walk across the parking lot to our junk barn full of antiques, good junk, and more! We love what we do and hope you will come experience this great atmosphere with us! Funky, fun shop for anyone sporting a gypsy spirit. Tons of vintage items to share with those who may not have been around "back in the day". Completely worth the detour due to highway construction taken to double back and check it out!
Charming place right off 45 full of TREASURES. The staff is down home friendly and charming. Coolest place on earth. Definately worth a stop. Serve old fashioned shakes within. Set-up is a BLAST from the Past.
A person could spend hours browsing all the goodies in here but the food is top notch too! Beat chicken salad sandwich I have ever had and make sure to get a no name cake to go!
I stumbled across Annette's and I'm glad that I did! The women inside were super friendly & made me feel as if I were right at home! I will definitely be going back when I want to get away from Houston!
Great pit stop and super cute. It's a bit pricey but other than that their interior and exterior decorations are a sight! Their inventory is just as great.

Love this place. Very charming with stylish clothes. There is something for everyone. We ate at the snack shop but this is anything but your typical snack bar. We started off with a banana split for lunch made with Blue Bell ice cream, yum, then split a chicken salad sandwich for dessert, he he. It was huge. The bread is fantastic. It’s worth the drive and hassle with construction.
Always a wonderful experience! The soda fountain idea is great for a treat. Unfortunately, construction has made it quite difficult to visit. Please take a few minutes, call ahead, and get directions. This is a lovely business that is struggling, and I'm quite certain the state will not take responsibility for putting them out of business after over 16 years of success.
If you love old, rustic, antiques and would just like a trip back in time...do yourself a favor and take the time to stop here. If you plan on buying anything..be sure to bring lots of money with you. They do have an awesome collection of items, many of which you will never see again, but their prices are very high. You also need to take the time to check out their store and old time ice cream/malt and soda shop. Super nice folks here that make you feel very welcome.
UPDATE: Annette's CLOSED due to construction on I-45. I hope they will open up when the highway is finished but I am not sure they will. .....Owned by a mom and daughter duo, this is a unique place that carries anything from old signs and antiques to clothing in the styles from the 50's. They also carry cute shoes, jewelry, and soaps and many other things. They also have a fun soda fountain that serves old fashioned floats, sodas, and ice cream, plus sandwiches and salads, and old fashioned candy remember salt water taffy, and peanut butter logs? The prices are a bit high on some things, but this is a great place to visit with friends and/or take the out of town visitors to. A very fun place.
