This place was more than I expected it to be. We had such a great time. They had a great selection to look at. Many birds! Reptiles, animals from several countries, rocks, dinosaurs and more. Don’t skip out on the Berman Museum next door.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$11–15
I loved sharing the experience of the Anniston Museum with my grandkids. I remember going when I was in 3rd grade, on a field trip, and they were first putting the giant elephant up. I have been many times, many years, after that, with my own students on field trips, and I got to share my story. I've taken my grandkids over the years, but it never gets old. We all enjoyed it.
Wow! This place was amazing. I can't believe I've never been until this week! On Tuesdays, they have an educational class for kids at 10:30, and my boys loved it. The grounds are beautiful! We will definitely be back soon!!
We have wanted to take the kids here since we moved to the area and free admission day was the perfect opportunity. It was the perfect hot day to do something indoors lol. The air was pumping, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They had so much to look at and even a few hands on activities. The prices in the gift shop were not horrible either. Don't skip the Berman building. It has 2 floors full of historical facts and displays perfect for a homeschool kid. It took us a little over 2 hours to walk the entire 2 buildings and garden but we are dilly-dalliers. If there's one thing I'm going to do it's dilly dally.

This place is honestly wicked cool! My wife and I took our two year old to do something as a family. I didn’t expect all the giant animals as well as a cave! So worth the $8 per a person. Definitely coming back in the future when the little one can enjoy it a bit more!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entry$6–10
Wonderful experience. They changed the displays since the last time I was there @ 15 yrs ago. They 2 areas about to open. Right now mummies are on display in the Egyptian room. Had family in from out of state and all the kids loved the different areas of exploration. Ages 17yrs down to 4yrs.
