I started using Anointed Florist after my daughter started sending me flowers through them for special occasions. Very professional black owned company that I will definitely use in the future. They arrived on time for a funeral that I hired them for at the very last minute and from the beginning the owner displayed professionalism and courtesy. The arrangements they made for us were amazing. I will insert a picture at the end so that you can see their beautiful work. If you’re in need of flowers for a special occasion or large event please call Anointed Flowers, you won’t be disappointed.
Nicole is the best! From the customer serivce to the detail and care put into her arrangements. I called on short notice to inquire about two casket sprays for an upcoming funeral. Not only was Nicole able to provide details on the flowers used and their availability but she also took the time to explain every option to me which was so so much appreciated given the often deception with florist and their arrangment sizes. The sprays came out beautiful, I am comforted knowing I won't have to seek any other florsits after meeting Nicole. Will be ordering from this black owned business for all of my floral needs.
I began doing business with Anointed Florist from my home on Georgia. I called after finding them online a few years ago. After getting poor responses from others, I figured I couldn’t go wrong with “Anointed.” They have exceeded all expectations with each of my floral and fruit arrangements to my family members in Miami. I went in to anointed florist today and had the best experience! I went to buy flowers for a special occasion last minute. The owner made the most beautiful arrangement on the spot and with outstanding artistry. I will definitely be using Anointed Florist in the near future.
I recently just brought my grandmother here for some flowers for a funeral even though it's last minute, I can honestly say the customer service was excellent . Very friendly, understanding and caring. They took the time and went through the different flowers packages with her. Will recommend to everyone.
I received excellent service from this company. We needed help last minute due to my usual florist not being able to deliver. They made sure the beautifully done arrangement we chose was delivered in time for our loved one's services.
From the moment I walked into this company, I felt welcomed. I know almost nothing about flowers but I knew I wanted a very specific look. The lady that helped me took the time to go get flowers from the back and then show me pictures of different inspiration.
I rarely write reviews but had to share my experience with Anointed Florist as they came to my family's rescue during a difficult time. I ordered a large standing spray arrangement from an online seller Avas Flowers NOT Anointed Florist, for my uncle's funeral. I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality and size of the arrangement delivered in comparison to what was purchased online. This had to be corrected as the funeral was the next morning, and the arrangement was purchased on behalf of my father and his siblings. Anointed Florist's owner Nicole was at the funeral home and heard me complaining to the online seller about the arrangement. Nicole gave me her business card probably for future use; however, unable to get a replacement arrangement from the online seller, I called Anointed Florist for help. I was local and able to take the arrangement to Anointed Florist where Nicole worked magic creating an arrangement actually fuller, larger, and more beautiful than what was represented online all for a reasonable cost. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and appreciative to Anointed Florist for accommodating me at the end of the workday. My family was pleased with the final standing spray arrangement, and I truly believe God placed it on Nicole's heart to give me her business card. Thank you, Nicole and LaToya for your kindness and professionalism! I would definitely us Anointed Florist again.
Anointed Florist & Gift Shop is amazing. Seriously, I cannot express adequately how incredible they are! I was in dire need of flowers quickly on Mother's Day weekend for my sister's wedding and they took such good care of me.
My grandma passed away it has been the worst time for me and my family. I can’t thank anointed flowers enough for the arrangements they made. and then going back after the cemetery delivered the flowers to wrong spot with more flowers at no additional cost. They were sweet and so helpful. We will be ordering all our flowers from here on !!! Love the Castro family
