Extremely disappointed in turnaround time. Dropped off taxes 2/27 and weren’t completed until 4/3. I was expecting my refund by April 15 and at this point I was just wondering if they would be filed on time. Was in communication multiple times and was told they were almost done on 2 separate occasions. Then I was told they were finally done on 4/3 by the accountant and that the office would call so I could pick them up. I never received a call from the office and after three days of waiting decided to go in person. When I got there, everyone was sitting outside on the deck having lunch. When I gave my name and said that I was told that they were done, the receptionist still couldn’t find them. So I still had to wait for them to be finalized. Needless to say, I will be not coming back next year.
