Anthony's Car Clean-Up

Very poor service. Took my car in for a wash and my tire was flat after going through the car wash. Management took over 40 minutes to help me. The employees wanted me to just drive my car with a flat. My debit card has been charged multiple times on top of everything else.

Didn't have enough help. 2 men doing the washing. Then going outside to dry and clean auto it took a hour plus to do the outside I was first outside to be cleaned. The man that did my car did a good job. Hope they got paid double for the day.

Went there paid for the 20 dollar wash and the young man tried to send me through without cleaning my wheels and back window on my truck, poor supervision. They regressed in their quality of a wash job over the last year

I am completely disappointed and underwhelmed at the service I received. I’ve read some of the positive reviews from other customers but my experience wasn’t as good as some others say theirs was. This is my second time visiting this location and probably will be my last. I hate leaving negative reviews about a business unless the service just not adequate. On my first visit I bought the $20 wash and after looking at my vehicle after it dried I was shocked at the amount of areas the wash missed. I had to rewash it all over again by hand and feeling like I just threw away $20. My vehicles aren’t never real dirty inside or out but needs refreshing after the occasional rain comes through. This time I decided I would do the full service wash since my last visit wasn’t all that great. After I came out of the wash I pulled underneath the tent, got out and sat on the bench and watched as what appeared to be 2 teenagers half dry and wipe the interior of my vehicle, neither looked to be a day over 16. I still have dried soap drops on my driver door right now. After paying $40 for a full service wash you don’t expect to have to go behind the staff and do it right yourself, I paid $40 bucks so I didn’t have to do it myself. I’m just glad I didn’t purchase the membership like I started to or I would be a lot more upset than I am right now.Service: Vacuuming

Not worth the money. I've paid less at other places and received more. The drive through car wash is normal enough, but half the vacuums don't work and the other half barely work. The floor mat cleaner doesn't work. Never received the "towel" I'm pretty sure I paid extra for. It's a rip-off.

I got my jeep for cleaning after a 13 hour trip, their machine was broken so had to do it manual, I asked for inside and outside but at the end the dust and mud smudges were still on the car, wheels not touched, and my dog hair inside the car still there as if never vacuumed. Very disappointed as I had to spend additional 20 mins vacuuming the car myself.

I went through self service, but the workers took care to prep my car before going through. Bugs that had been baked on were removed. Great experience.

Friendly , reasonable price and fast. What more can you expect at a full service car wash!

There are some things it doesn't clean very well that you have to go back and get but it does do a very good general wash. They do have a wash you can pay more for that the guys there work on your car when you are through the wash and they get it very clean, inside and out. I like going there and being able to use the vacuum system to clean inside my car. It is much easier than doing it at home.

I had a pretty good experience inspite of them being understaffed. The wash was pretty good and the detail was pretty good. For $40 I was expecting a little better but as i said the were short staffed. I would recommend.
