Please be very cautious when coming to this laundromat a lot of their machines don’t work there is no out of service sign on them. A lot of the dryers do not work once again, there is no sign that says they’re out of order definitely is obvious that they do not keep up with their laundry machines nor dryers so be very cautious. A lot of the washing machines were filthy. I took the time to make a sign of out of service for a few dryers so that people would not get scammed out of their money. So if you could go to a different spot, I highly recommend you go to a different laundromat because obviously the owners don’t care enough about their washers and dryers let alone gift to cares about the customers really disappointed this place used to be very good so I don’t know if they’re the same owners, or if they change the owners, but they really let the place go to trash
Very quiet in my time anyways other than that the ladies were very nice and said thank you when I left after I asked them they would like me to close the door behind me awesome customer service
Most of the dryers have been out of service for months. In the last two years, they doubled the prices for washing and drying. There is no public rest room. No attendant on duty, If a machine takes your money and doesn't work you have to return when an attendant is there to get a refund. Do not waste your time or money there.
At least 1/2 of the machines are out of order whenever I go in. My last visit the dryer sign say you get 8 min/quarter, I was only getting 5 min. There is never anybody on site unless they are about to close to get a refund. This Anthony’s is a ripoff so there is no way I’ll try the other location on Walegra/Elk Horn
This place is a dump! Some of the big Machines don’t fill up with water, and you can’t stop the machine because the door locks. Dryers don’t dry if there are any that run available. Gave it 1 star because I had to to leave a review.
Never had an issue with half of dryers working. I go there approximately 3 times a week. I know what time last load goes in, so it's hot out I have spent $3 on dryers that only blew cold air, so now I'm just trying get my shirt dry. Not the owner but his hired help, who I have had conversations with before, was nasty would not let me dry my laundry Bella rude not to mention doing her own laundry and several of her shady friends coming in loading washers but wouldn't let me dry. Straight butch rude and crude Not even 1 star but had to so I can post
Quiet area, decent parking, not too busy. Prices are okay
I had 3 different washing machines take a total of 10$ and I still left with wet clothes after spending over 30$. There were not slips to fill out to get my money back. So I wrote my name number and what machines took my money on a piece of paper. Never got a call back. Needless to say I have found a way better laundromat that doesn't charge to dry my clothes. Sadly they will not be getting my 40$ a month to do laundry.
My first experience and my last!!! 2 $7.00 machines would not rinse out! I have to return to try to get my $14.00 back because this place have staff to help. Business around say they have to exchange quarters for this company because they don't keep up with customers needs.
Half the dryers had tape with' not working 'on them, lights on machines don't work, and people hog up the large washers, floors with dryer sheets everywhere, kinda expensive, and of course people holding dryers with one item, if it's the only laundromat around your stuck, a small place maybe 10 people and it gets crowded but I won't be going back
