The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. B, the gentleman who did my pedicure, is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. He does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. The attention to detail was unmatched. He cared and took the time to make sure I was getting what I came for. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, especially since I do not get mani/pedis often. I got a french gel manicure clear base and white tips and basic pedi. The stylist shaped my nails well, and i really like that the polish doesn't look or feel gunky. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because when I got home, I noticed tiny black hairs/fibers in four of my nails. Not a huge deal, since they are quite unnoticeable unless I'm really studying them. It's not worth my time to drive over there and have it corrected, but I probably wouldn't get a french manicure with a clear base again. My friend and I had an appointment at 2:30 and we got in 15 minutes early for a Spa Pedicure with Gel polish. First time I have ever been there and was very impressed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very calming and clean. My nail tech who I think her name was Sim, I apologize if I'm spelling it wrong was absolutely amazing. She held a conversation with me the entire time, friendly, and you can tell she really does love her job. I know the services are timed and they stay very busy, but I'm appreciative that she took her time to make sure I enjoyed my service, and I did. I much prefer my tech to take their time anyways because we can tell when someone is rushing and my girl did phenomenal. Thank you to my nail tech for going above and beyond for me. Let me start by saying Anthony Vince is my regular nail place i go to but this past Monday I went to another nail salon with my friend this other location is her regular nail salon to get our nails done because her wedding is this upcoming Friday. So that was a BIG mistake for me— they did me so dirty and I left heartbroken and angry they had done such a poor job. Don’t worry the bride’s nails looked MUCH better than mine did so i’m not sure why mine were such a train-wreck but at least the bride left happy! But now I had to find time before Friday to fix the hot mess on my fingers The following morning I rushed into Anthony Vince as soon as they opened and told them i had little to no time to get them fixed and had no appointment set up with them but wondered if they could squeeze me in and help a girl out and they were SO kind and accommodating. we had a nice laugh about how bad the set i received at the other salon was and they fixed me right up. they found the correct color i wanted in the first place and the line work on this set is absolutely fantastic! Vincent did my base color and Destiny did the nail art and i am over the moon pleased with the results. I cannot recommend this place enough and never again shall i cheat on anthony vince! for reference here are the nails i walked in with and  the finished product after Vincent and Destiny completed my fresh new set. thank you Anthony Vince for saving me from having the worst nails in the wedding party to having the best! ;

Very friendly and helpful. I got a manicure and pedicure. I also got a gin and tonic which honestly they kinda messed up but they didn’t make it right. I think they knew though and offered not to charge me for it so that was nice. The customer service was superb and felt that I was treated very well and they cared. Definitely coming back again.

I have been a loyal client of a specific nail tech for over a year and I thought here would be the best place to share about my most recent experience. I do own a business in the same shopping plaza and would be mortified if one of my clients had the same experience as I have recently.  This last time I had a 10am appointment to get my nails and toes done for a trip out of town. I showed up and was sat in my nail techs chair. I waited a few moments only for the gal up front to come back and share that my nail tech would not be in today due to illness. This experience was followed by the service before this 2 weeks prior, my nail tech had called in sick and I was notified 10 minutes before this appointment.  Also, I have been having issues with my nails looking crackled and had to have 2 nails repaired only 1 week after getting them done this last time as well.  After leaving, I went straight to another new salon in town where I had a more pleasant experience.  And lastly, my specific nail tech would not do any special designs and the other shop said all nail techs are trained to do anything you need!  I will not be back to visit and I will be happy to share my experience to my clients who would potentially be using this business.  I would encourage anyone looking to book here, to look other places.
