This Anthropology is spread over multiple stories. The good thing is they have an elevator. They have a pridal section as well as the usual Anthropology sections.
A wonderland, not virtual, of clothing, books, furniture and home accessories that seems to stretch forever on the second floor the third shopping center level in Westfield Century City. A little out of the way but worth it!
It’s definitely a large, wonderful location for Anthropologie fans but I find the layout a bit confusing. With clothes on both floors, everywhere - I’m often shopping in petites when I really just want regular clothes etc. I wish they’d put home on one floor and clothes on another or etc. I love the attached plant store!
Worst experience ever! My friend and I came here to buy a night dress for the graduate prom, the staff here is behaves Extremely Rude, one of the staff who is very ugly told me not to sit in a chair, she simply said : hey this is for customer who reserved! Don’t sit here! I was super shocked like I have never been treated like this in any store, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
Beautiful store! I can spent a whole day here!
Love the collection here. They have casual, formal, a large home goods area and a plant nursery. It smells good. Friendly and helpful employees. The sale section was a bit of mess last time I came, but could've been the timing.
Never been in this store, recently moved to Los Angeles and decided this mall worth a visit! Even though not large store, very organized, clean and inviting. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would not have bothered ordering dress but sales person really showed me other items and answered questions. Made ordering a breeze and wanted to make sure they get credit in these tough retail times. Will use this store in the future!!! Thanks for making my day.
I should have left this review a long time ago. I was shopping with my mom about a month ago and we have different styles. I became frustrated because everything my mom wanted me to try on was not flattering to my figure. About 4-5 different employees came to the rescue, ran up and down the stairs with different pieces for me to try on. I am so thankful for these individuals who went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. I can't thank them enough for going the extra mile for me.
Nice store, lovely wedding section. 3 stars due to mean mannered cashier young black fellow dressed in black, wearing plenty of jewelry. Mean, bossy attitude with customers. We are very used to the excellent customer service we always receive at the Anthropologie stores in Carmel, Carlsbad, Glendale and Pasadena. The experience at this location with this cashier was very unpleasant due to his bossy mean attitude towards us - the customer -. Avoid this cashier, or call his manager which I should have done, but didn't due to the unexpected nature of the situation Thanks,
I love Anthropologie, have been buying clothes from them for years store at the Grove and online for myself and my clients I am a stylist. I used to shop all the time at their Grove location, which unfortunately closed a while ago, so I mostly shop online. I visited the Century City store yesterday to make a return and I am never going back. There was some issue with my exchange and the sales associate that was helping me was very nice, she even called the online customer service to figure out how to process my return. It was almost 7 pm they are closing at 7 and there was almost no one in store. So, as I was having a conversation with the person that was helping me, some rude employee, named Jennifer, interfered in our conversation and asked me to take it to the side because she needs to help other clients. Excuse me???? So I am not a valued client and not allowed to express my concerns regarding my order? And mind you, there was another register that was open to help clients. She refused to give me her last name when I told her that I am planning to report her which I have already done and was pretending to be nice after that...It's a shame, because I thought Anthropologie had higher standards when hiring employees.
