I absolutely love this shop my favourite for browsing. So colourful and wonderful clothing. However I have encountered on more than one occasion rude staff members. Unfortunately this lets it down. I can understand why some people shop online. What should be a nice shopping experience is ruined by rude staff. Not all but one too many. I think this is something that should be addressed.

Bought a pair of linen trousers, mustard colour. First careful wash the colour went all patchy. I contacted the company online but there were not interested. Very poor service. Unhappy customer.

Just beautiful inside and out! One of my favourite buildings on the High Street in Richmond. A well spaced shop with gorgeous clothing, gifts and homeward

Just had the loveliest experience at anthropolgie. the lovely girl in the white dress and red cowboy boots who was assisting in the changing rooms was so lovely! I was umming and ahhing over a skirt and top and she made me feelso good about myself,which I really needed today. Thanks darling you're a diamond!

Finally a wonderful store that offers a good selection of women's clothing and comfortable seating and space whilst the other half tries on clothing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Music set to the correct volume playing great tracks. An enjoyable experience.

I received a very good customer service by someone called Amy. She was able to help me with finding what I need for a birthday and then solve something on my receipt. I thank the store for a lovely experience.

Utterly terrible. I placed an order online and paid for express delivery.l for Xmas. They use Evri which says it all. The item has not turned up 4 days later despite the courier company initially saying it was delivered, they are now saying it is at a depot! Anthropologie don’t answer emails and nobody is there to instant chat with via their instant chat. I want a refund of my delivery charge!! Simply appalling service.

Anthropologie sells the prettiest gifts and homeware which you won't find anywhere else. Love the clothes but they can be pricey.

My favourite label. It’s pricey but the quality is superb. I love their fashion, the style, the vibrant colours. The service is great. Girls are friendly, professional, and know how to style Always attract with some offers. My favourite jewellery brand

Shop is good in general but one thing is that a member of staff gave me attitude and I didn’t do anything wrong. Clothes are generally nice but are highly overpriced. Might come back here.
