Antioch City Water Department

horrifying and uselessacall director- full of stupid questions as call directors typically are. why can't they hire a minor to simply answer the phone and route calls?

Just moved into a new house had a couple complications with switching my water bill. All my worries went away with the help of Dayra. Very helpful, kind, and great customer service!

They should hire educated people. Mac Donald has better customer service than this department.

I was worried going in to talk to them because of all the 1 star reviews but everyone there was friendly. I called but no one picked up so I do recommend going in person. Anthony Garcia was patient and kind in answering all of my questions! Ty:

We recently purchased a property in Antioch and had to turn on the water service. I was nervous walking into the water department after reading through all the 1-star reviews. To my surprise, the people there were super nice and helpful. I was helped by Anthony Garcia, and Anthony was very patient with me. I forgot to bring documents to show proof of ownership as required on their website, but Anthony offered to look my record up on the county website and confirmed my ownership that way instead of another trip with the required documents. In addition, Anthony offered some tips regarding transferring the account to future tenants after I told him that we were going to rent out the house. Overall I was impressed with their customer service.

Couldn’t agree more on this 1 star. If I could give a negative rate I will. Extremely poor customer service. Rude and arrogant. System is worst. No notice mail/email that they are doing inspections on the property for suspected leak. So long as customer are paying. I extremely regret moving to this city.

Review 3 years ago is the same as 3 months ago that is shameful. Obviously no one in authority either looks at these reviews or cares. I've been in that office once over 6 years ago to have my water turned on when I bought our house and they were not very friendly then so I agree with all these one star reviews. Very shameful to work in a public office and no professional class at all.

Can't even pay the bill... online doesn't work... going into the office doesnt work because its closed... the number that they give out for the phone tree is broken. The manager need to be demoted to a desk job. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!

If I didn't live here I would never have to come here. They care nothing about there customers...the community at all if you dont work there trust you will recieve the bare minimum of help.

How are we suppose to pay our water bill. No one answers the telephone, office is closed, on line bill pay does not work. Please help the Antioch people.
