Our beef is hand-picked from our select vendors that we pick-up fresh weekly in our own truck. Our local vendors are chosen for their superb quality and taste. We proudly only serve products that are born and raised in the United States. Our beef is dry-aged on site the old-fashioned way to assure taste, tenderness, and superb quality. Our meats are butchered and processed on site with our strict guidelines to quality. We use NO food coloring, dyes, or preservatives in our beef.
