For over a century, Antique Bakery was an essential thread in the Hoboken fabric, with its 30-ton coal oven that dished out baked goods each day to Hoboken residents, including Frank Sinatra himself. This year, Chef Paul is bringing a fresh face to now Antique Bar & Bakery. Hoping to preserve the integrity of the restaurant and his community, he’s keeping the coal fire burning and filling the space with mementos of Hoboken history and pride.
