We used Antique Rose Florist for our wedding and we were so happy with the results! They were very easy to work with, explained everything, and gave us recommendations. They were also very welcoming and accommodating, and they were always willing to go above and beyond. We felt like they cared about us and made sure our day was special. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and lasted for 2-3 weeks. They worked closely with Little Chapel on the Corner and they set everything up for us perfectly. We would highly recommend Antique Rose Florist to anyone looking for beautiful and fresh flowers for their wedding.
Great local florist! My son has purchased homecoming and prom wrist corsages for his girlfriend for two years now and they always do a beautiful job. Flowers are fresh and ready for pickup on time and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and love supporting a local business!
Let me tell you about Antique Rose Florist!! I have used them at least 4 times and once was for a VERY IMPORTANT and heartbreaking funeral for a nephew of a friend of mine. Debbie and the crew at Antique Rose are absolute professionals who also care greatly about their customers and always provide amazingly beautiful arrangements! This bouquet was delivered today for a dear friend on her 74th Birthday ! I told Debbie how she had been suffering a very painful back injury and that she loved Butterflies and look at what they created! GORGEOUS! You won't go wrong with them ever!!

A Huge "Thank You" to Antique Rose Florist for the amazing Roses. My husband picked up a dozen roses for me for our 16th Wedding Anniversary. He said this was the only real Flower Shop in the area that was open after 5pm and actually answered the phone. To top of the fabulous customer service, the Roses were just Beautiful. This is a Quality Flower Shop filled with great flowers and great people. We'll definitely be back.

Short version: bought 2 piece Furneral Arrangement for Memorial Service at the American Legion paid $400 from Antique Rose Florist, Henderson,I feel that they failed to perform agreed upon service. The flowers were dropped off but not setup. The flowers alone were not worth that much money. I ordered and paid for the floral arrangement for my husband's brother's service in person at the Antique Rose. The store is beautiful. The customer service I received at the store was great, the owner helped me choose an arrangement, from a book, to best display the urn and a couple of pictures or mementos that I would bring, she explained modifications she would do to customize it for him... I explained, repeatedly, that I was counting on her professional eye to help to arrange the flowers, urn and picture on Saturday, November 20, 2021 service was to begin at 2:00 she committed to being there at 1:30. I paid $400 in cash. My husband arrived at the American Legion, our venue, before 1:00 the flowers were already there in two parts on a table with post-it notes on them one said left the other said right they are not symmetrical, the Urn somehow goes between them or they wrap around the Urn… When I arrived a few minutes later I didn't even realize they were the flowers I had paid for. When I called her I got a voice recording saying they were busy or with a customer leave a message or text, I left a message, anyway I did the best I could with no personal talent. She called me back in the middle of the event, I really couldn't talk then... but I did tell her I wasn't happy about her not being there she said her delivery person had given the bartender instructions. I spoke to the the same owner on the phone, the next day and again she said that her delivery person had left instructions with the bartender. I had only seen the original picture briefly, once, a few days before and I know I couldn't make it look right why would you put that responsibility on the bartender? Is she irresponsible or negligent? Maybe I just expected too much. I posted photos so you can decide if I got $400 worth of flowers I don't believe that I did but I wouldn't have complained so much about that if I had gotten the service I was buying. I would have even added a tip for that. An apology would have resolved this issue for me but passing the blame off onto the bartender was too much and here is the icing on the cake, when trying to discuss this with this woman, please note that I never raised my voice, never called names, never swore, never asked for my money back just asked her to understand... she hung up on me. Customer service?
I've lived in Vegas for 6 years Henderson for 3 of those and was fortunate to come across the Antique Rose Florist. The moment I walked in - I was treated with the upmost kindness and customer service. I ordered five dozen roses for a friend of mine - and they were absolutely perfect. They lasted for over a week and the detail from the rose itself down to the arrangements were stunningly beautiful. We recently moved North and had to come back to town for some business. Well, nothing wrong with a little fun while you're here, and the first thing I did was order 3 dozen roses as a surprise for my husband I came a day early. Antique Rose REMEMBERED my name, who I was, and was able to accommodate me immediately. They have such an expertise in choosing THE best roses, as well as the arrangement. They take such good care of me every time, and even add a little extra an orchid - Debbie the owner remembered I LOVE orchids in my recent arrangement. I couldn't be more pleased with their efforts, attention to detail and absolute highest customer service. I landed, called Antique Rose Florist on the way to the hotel, and within 2 hours - my flowers were delivered. You can't get better than that.
