Hi my name is Antonio,
I’m originally from South America. During my travels, I stopped in Portugal, Spain, Germany and had the pleasure to have lived in London where my sister and some friends reside and whom I try to visit as often as possible.
I grew up in New York where I got my degree in Computer Science and where I had the pleasure of working for a prestige Real Estate Boutique in Manhattan for 10 years. I still remember having lunch on a daily basis at Central Park and interacting with all kinds of people including some famous individuals.
I decided to continue my Real Estate Career when relocating to Charlotte in 2006 with my lovely family. Since then, I had the pleasure of helping MANY families relocate from different parts of the country to The Queen City and it’s surrounding areas. There is no denying that this beautiful and potential city has attracted many individuals around the country thanks to it's weather, life style, job opportunities and of course…..the beautiful, spacious and affordable homes!
I love spending time with my family, as well as volunteering at Elevation Church and giving back to the community. Also, some of my favorite activities are; skydiving, going on a motorcycle/boat ride when possible, and my favorite is horseback riding, especially when visiting foreign countries like Mexico, Dominican Republic and South America.
I was lucky enough to have worked for over five years in a BIG, FUN, Fast Pace and most important, very reputable marketing and sales company, where I took advantage of their intense training in leadership and salesmanship. As one of their Performance Managers, I got to managed and built relationships with many individuals that I still keep in touch with.
I understand that owning a home is perhaps your biggest investment. I enjoy the negotiation process and my job is to make sure that I’m negotiating on your behave, the best possible price and terms. I also enjoy previewing homes and seeing its potential. Once you meet me, you’ll know that I’m not just a fun and positive individual. You will quickly notice that I’m very dedicated to my clients and that I take my job very serious.
