This is the second time I have bit into a crispy taco and bit down on a stick. That is not safe or okay. The first time I thought it may have just been a fluke accident but twice in a couple months? You need to have a discussion as a restaurant with your cooks about food preparation to prevent this. It could have been much worse and thankfully it wasn’t.
There is a reason this place is always PACKED. If you're looking for delicious, authentic and spicy Mexican food look no further! Incredibly priced as well! I normally ate here via the drive through but tried inside this time around. While I wish the lobby was a bit bigger if keeping it small keeps the prices this low with food this great, you won't find me complaining.
Antonio’s used to be good. Not anymore. I hadn’t been in a while and was really craving crispy tacos. I placed an order over the phone for pickup. I get home with my three crispy tacos and was highly disappointed. There was hardly any meat in them. I mean, I had to actually open them up to check that they put any meat at all and I found the tiniest amount. The tacos were mostly iceberg lettuce. I didn’t order a lettuce taco. Their quality of food has gone down and I’ve heard this from many people. I understand things have probably gone up in price for them. But the owners need to understand that many people are struggling themselves now, and getting to eat out is more of a treat than ever before. Why would I want to waste my money on poor quality food when there are plenty of other businesses to support, who still take pride in their food and work. I hope they turn things around because I know they’re not hurting now but eventually enough people will stop going there and they could sink.
For a vegetarian the food was ok, they could mash the whole beans so when you are eating they aren't all separate. The cheese quesidillas are overpriced 1 cost as mush as my vegetarian burrito. The employees are nice and hard workers definitely.Food: 3/5
This is not the first or second time they give me order right I ask a protein bowl they said it had lettuce pico de Galo and I ask for queso fresco and they gave it wrong again only beans rice and chicken my god this peolpe.Food: 1/5
I moved out of the area more than 10 years ago. I recently had a chance to stop by. This place is still awesome. If you're ever in yuba City you got to stop..Food: 5/5
The garbage burritos were very filling, my 14 year old didn't finish his. My wife had 2 tacos. The horchata was fabulous. No shellfish on the menu makes this safe for me. It's a bit spicy Food: 5/5
Got 2 burritos, al pastor and burritos meat. Very good. Well made burritos and portioned well so it's not overwhelmed with rice or beans to fill it up. Definitely going back to try chimichangas and tacos in the future. Highly recommend Parking: Entrance is on main Street or street behind it. On main St, I ended up passing it the first time since I haven't been there before and the entrance looked like it was for the store previous to it.
I really enjoyed this restaurant. The workers were very kind making me feel welcome here. I got a chicken burrito with chips and salsa and a horchata for my drink. The food was very authentic. The salsa was delicious. And they do a great job with making their horchata. Got it all for under 15 bucks. I added a receipt in the picture. I received smiles from all the workers and one came out bringing my food to me. I definitely recommend trying this place. I will be back.
The reason we went was because we had a gift card. Went through the drive through. Woman working the drive through didn’t understand English or spoke it. We ordered taquerias a garbage burrito and a Mexican coke. We got two tacos a carne asada burrito with rice and cheese only and never put the coke in the order so we weren’t charged and she argued that we even ordered it. Then we figured out after we left she didn’t even take money off for the gift card. All around bad experience. poor customer service, poor attitude at the window and wrong order. The only good thing was the food that we did receive was authentic and tasted good only reason I gave it two stars
