Fast, friendly, and so gentle. I've never had blood drawn so gently in my life - and I've had a lot of blood drawn in my days. Dantera was a queen. I will be back. Thank you!
Run out of test kit even I had an appointment. I have to either wait 2 hours for stock up or go somewhere else. What's the point for appointment? Test kit should be reserved for people who have appointment instead of first come first serve. Very disappointed!
When I went to get my blood drawn, the phlebotomist HIT A NERVE IN MY ARM after having trouble drawing blood from both arms. She never got enough blood to complete the test and just made me bleed and pass out. I was fully hydrated and have never had such a bad blood draw. When I felt well enough I said I just wanted to leave and asked for a refund.
Very friendly and caring service! I had to call the Lab several times to schedule an appointment, then check on the location of my appointment and needed help with directions when my other directions went haywire. Jessica and Shannon were both so helpful, friendly and truly cared about what I needed. The blood draw went very well and I was thankful for the kindness and expertise of Jessica and Shannon!

I had an amazing experience there yesterday afternoon. I walked in at 5:35pm less than a 1/2 hour before they closed trying to get blood drawn for my daughter. We had already been to 3 other places that said they wouldn’t do it. At first, I was told I would have to come back because UPS had already come that day. But, after sharing my terrible afternoon experience and driving my kids around to try and find someone, Chrissandra said she would stay, draw the blood and get it out for me the next day. This meant she would have to stay a little late, but she did it. It was the best customer service I have had in a really long time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I've been coming here over 2 years for routine tests and phlebotomies--every visit has been superb. The staff is both friendly and very skilled. I get my lab results back in a timely manner--almost always faster than similar test processed by other labs. The pricing is "patient budget friendly". They are my "go to lab" when I'm paying out-of-pocket.
I brought a blood draw lab from my functional dr to be drawn here. I spoke with them in detail to ensure that they could draw my blood for only a blood draw fee since I had paid my dr for the lab and did not need insurance to be involved. The lady was knowledgeable and kind. The scheduling was friendly and I was able to get in next day. The facility was clean and everyone who I spoke to was friendly and the phlebotomist was skilled and did a good job. All around a great experience for a not so fun task. Wish these guys had a location out west, but I will drive to Centennial again for any other labs needed.
I've used them a couple times this year and they are really easy to work with. I had to reschedule draws a couple times the first visit and they were so accommodating about changing the dates/times for me. I was always treated so nicely by everyone working there.
My husband went to get his COVID test here two days ago. He did that after he got two positive home test results. He went to this lab and told the nurse there he had 2 positive tests but she chose NOT to put her mask on. He paid $250 for his test which came negative. Today he got a test at a place accepting insurance and got a positive test result. I cannot believe how this place allows employees to be so careless and expose other people that came after my husband to get their tests done.
