I did not enjoy that they allowed people to record in the gym. Maybe its against the rules, but no one enforced it when i was in the gym.. I understand it's a public space, but I wasn't a fan of being in the background of videos posted online. Wanted to cancel after the first few times, but you're trapped in. I think you should be able to cancel if you feel uncomfortable there. Finished my expensive membership and cancelled. As you said, it is discouraged, but I assume allowed. I felt there wasn't a point in saying anything if it was allowed. Just made me feel extremely uncomfortable. And yes, I have seen myself online in the background of a few videos posted to Facebook. I'd love to come back if this is ever banned. Till then, I'll remain at my gym that banned this as I feel more comfortable.
Great place to work out especially since its open 24/7. Equipment is in great condition and almost never crowded. Enjoy going here
I've been a member of Anytime Fitness for years. The owners run a top notch club. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The club is spotless at all times. The equipment is ALWAYS in good working order. High standards all the way around. It's hands down one of the best clubs in the area!
I do want to say the gym equipment/look of the gym is very well done, for the size they have a good variety of equipment for multiple types of training. Personal trainers are a plus as well. What I wish they would've been done better was be nire transparent of the no-escape contracts. The person I had didn't go into enough detail that it was a contract, and handed me an iPad with all types of agreements and had me sign. I should've asked more questions, but once it's done it's done, you can't get out, and if you don't pay they'll send you to collections and it'll be on your record. I know multiple other people who experienced the same thing. Make sure to read the small print at these places if employees aren't clear on details to you!
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to work out and achieve your fitness goals. Extremely pleased with the staff and the environment.
Love the Silver Sneakers Circuit classes here!! I tried a BASE class this morning and will be adding that to my schedule as well. The class was structured into small time increments so it went by quickly and I received individual help as needed. I feel like I got a great workout!
Anytime Fitness Charlestown is the best gym around! I love the manager, coaches and owners. They truly care about my health--physical, emotional and spiritual.
I love my gym! Nice, well maintained equipment. Trainers on hand a lot of the time and always helpful. Open to members 25 hrs, secure facility.
Incredible gym! Always clean, great trainers and coaches that are knowledgeable and helpful and the best culture I’ve experienced at a fitness facility.
I've been going here for about two years now and I love it. Great environment and even though I don't know anyone personally here I've never felt like an outsider. 10/10 would recommend.
