I have had a great experience each time I’ve gone. It’s just been a problem either with the key others have been able to use the tanning bed. All the staff are very friendly knowledgeable and actually listen to what you’re wanting to accomplish.
This gym has been taking money out of my account since January 22, 2023. I submitted a cancellation form after my contract was up on that exact date. This gym also transferred me to another gym in Colorado Springs without me attending the gym. I have been calling the gym for the past month and a half to two months and just received my first phone call answered yesterday. Their inbox is full. I have a gym in Kentucky in Colorado Springs helping me out trying to receive my money back.
Really well equipped location, and not terribly busy during peak hours. I really hope they start enforcing the re-rack weights rules though, cause no one seems to do it at this location.
The Coaches here are so knowledgeable and patient as I am a work in progress. Keep up the great work!
I just switched home gyms from Alabama to Louisiana. I don't know much about this location, but as far as Anytime Fitness goes, the chain is worth being a member!
I've been a member for 12 years now and I've had only a few complaints over the years. I've seen managers come and I've seen managers go. Some where good, some not so good. Overall, it has enough equipment and free weights to meet your fitness goals, plus it also offers classes for cardio or toning. Sometimes you can't even bands are full especially in the spring LOL
Friendly staff, and it’s been very clean every time I’ve been. Nice variety of machines and plenty of free weights to use as well.
Gym is too hot in the summer. They didn't get a new AC when they did the add on. When I went to cancel due to this and some billing issues, the manager, Dawn, was very rude and wouldn't help but to try to give scary, false amounts of money that I supposedly owed, but corporate was able to help, thankfully. Most expensive gym in the area with limited class options that change/drop. Extra fees that they don't tell you about when you sign up.
Solid anytime fitness. Has all the basic equipment you’d expect. It’s a little dirty compared to some of the other anytime’s I’ve been to. Still a good gym though, so if you need a place to workout in Pineville this is definitely a good place to check out.
