DO NOT SIGN UP. IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. We used Anytime while in our apartment, we moved over 25 miles from an Anytime and went to cancel our membership as per our contract states we can and found it is impossible to cancel. We went in person and filled out the form to cancel TWICE. We were told by the employee it was cancelled TWICE. Still got charged. We have called in numerous times, no one answers. We’ve gone in numerous times, apparently no one works there. We called the corporate office and had to wait on the line to get a supervisor on the phone to try to cancel it. Ended up calling our bank to cancel the charge. They make you sign up with your routing & account number so you can’t simply cancel the transaction. We filed claims for the charges through our bank.
Robert the general manager, is extremely respectful. Me and him have a good relationship and every time I come in he is super welcoming. Also this gym is extremely clean compare to others I have been, not to many people show up at the same time so it’s perfect to get a quick workout in and not have to wait 20 minutes for a machine!
I love Anytime Fitness. Open 24/7 Plus Robert Ritchey the team manager is awesome! Because of him I would give this gym 20 stars Robert and the team here go above and beyond their line of duty. The gym is always clean bathrooms always clean. And I love the atmosphere here at Anytime Fitness. I have been going here for about 3 years. They are always here to help when in Need.
I canceled my membership due to moving far away and Anytime confirmed my cancellation in person. They are still charging my card even after cancelation. I’ve called over 10 times and they do not answer the phone. I’ve been in person twice now to confirm my cancelation and they continue to charge my card. I’ve tried going in person again but no one is ever in the office even during there staffed hours. I do not recommend this place at all. Terrible service, very dirty, air stops working sometimes, and now they are stealing money away from me.
I really hate to give this place a lower ranking. I am able to get my workouts in fairly regularly and the other members are very friendly. Issue comes down to they often run out of cleaning wipes for days, if not weeks at a time so the place is dirty. A lot of equipment needs fixed. It’s not horrible but it’s not great either. There are definitely better gyms to go to. Update 8/1/23: Bumping this up to 4 stars because they are starting to make great changes with cleaning and fixing equipment. I just want to see it last!
My membership was supposed to be on hold- went in to sign paperwork. They kept taking the money out so I told them I want to cancel and after contacting them over 15 times they still tell me they will look into it and call back. I then tried to cancel through corporate and they said I need to go to the branch. I’ve done both and can’t get a damn answer. This place is a joke.
Place is progressing nicely the staff is definitely there on time and there until they're supposed to. I don't have any complaints on that maybe they're cleaning bathrooms? But definitely getting wayyy better in terms of cleanliness. If you haven't been in awhile I'd recommend going back and checking it out once more
Gym in not clean. The manager will lie to you about cancelations fees. The first two months I went there I got terribly sick because no one would clean the machines. Can't use the water fountain because there is spit all over it. Not even weights. Or machines.Robert LIED I would like to be contacted my district manager over many issues. Read other reviews they will say the same.
There's never any staff during staff hours, like literally no one at all is there. The place has been going downhill in maintenance. There's wipes overflowing out the trash cans. No spray for the showers so it's never cleaned out. I used to really like this place idk what happened over the past couple of months but it's not really worth it anymore for the price
I do not recommend this gym. Staff is never there if you sign up for extra amenities. I’ve been trying to cancel for 2 months and they say I have to come in to sign a paper but there is NEVER staff there during staffed hours it seems. I’ve called several times and no one answers the phone. Ridiculous.
